Do you keep samples and production records?
Yes. A sample length from each production batch is retained, and test records and material certificates are archived, so any drum can be traced back to its batch and its incoming material. If you need a retained sample sent to you, quote the drum or batch number and we will locate it.
What shipping documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the test certificate. Certificates of conformity, insurance certificates and third-party inspection reports are added when the terms require them. We check the full set against the L/C or the customer instruction before shipment.
Can you issue a Certificate of Origin, Form E or Form A?
Yes. We can apply for a general Certificate of Origin and for the preferential certificates your market requires, including Form E for ASEAN and Form A where still applicable. Please confirm the exact form at the order stage, because some of them need information from the buyer before shipment.
What is the HS code for cable?
Insulated cable for a voltage not exceeding 1000 V normally falls under HS 8544.49, cable above 1000 V under 8544.60, and bare aluminium or ACSR conductor under 7614.10. Final classification depends on the exact construction and on your national tariff schedule, so please confirm with your customs broker.
Do you provide weight and measurement details?
Yes. The packing list gives net weight, gross weight and the dimensions of every drum, and we can supply total weight and volume for the container loading plan. Accurate figures matter for both freight and the import declaration, so they are checked before the documents are issued.
Can you help with import documentation at our end?
We can issue whatever the exporter is normally able to issue: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, test reports, and documents legalised through a chamber of commerce and consulate where that is required. Import licences and local product registrations remain the buyer's responsibility.
