Do you provide a test certificate with each shipment?
Yes. Every delivery carries a routine test certificate listing conductor resistance, insulation resistance, the high-voltage test result and the measured dimensions, drum by drum. Third-party inspection certificates are added when the order calls for pre-shipment inspection.
What information do you need in order to quote?
Standard or specification, voltage rating, number of cores and cross-section, conductor material, insulation and sheath material, armour type if any, total quantity and delivery length per drum, destination port, and the Incoterms you want. A drawing or bill of quantities is ideal - we can work directly from it.
What are your price terms?
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF as standard; DAP and DDP can be arranged through our forwarder. Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Nansha are our usual loading ports. Please state the term you need in the enquiry so our price can be compared directly with other offers.
Why does the price change between two quotations?
Cable is priced mainly on metal content, so copper and aluminium prices drive most of the variation. We base quotations on the LME or Shanghai Metal Market price on the date of the offer and state that metal base in the quotation. If your project runs for months we can discuss a metal-price-linked formula instead of re-quoting each time.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no single MOQ across the range. The practical minimum is set by the production run for each construction - typically one drum or one coil per size - and by what loads economically into a container. Trial orders are accepted, and we will tell you openly when a quantity falls below the economical batch.
How long is a quotation valid?
Normally 7 days, because of metal price movement. For tenders requiring longer validity we can offer a firm price with a metal hedge for a defined period - please state the validity you need when you enquire.
